After years of experience working both independently and as part of established real estate teams, Christine recognized the importance of building something that truly reflected her own approach to client service. While those roles provided valuable insight and growth, they often came with structures and priorities that didn’t fully align with her personal values.
Driven by a desire to offer a more personalized, client-first experience, Christine founded the Roger & Co. Real Estate Group. Her goal was to create a brand rooted in integrity, transparency, and genuine care—where every client feels heard, supported, and confidently guided through one of life’s most important decisions. By establishing her own group, Christine has been able to shape every aspect of the experience to reflect her unwavering commitment to excellence and long-term relationships.

Christine Roger
Christine was born and raised in Toronto and chose to make Brighton home in 2015, when she and her family relocated to the vibrant community they now proudly call their own. Despite holding a university degree in Geography and Psychology, her true passion has always been real estate. She has studied the industry for as long as she can remember and always knew that, when the time felt right, she would pursue a career as a licensed real estate professional.
Understanding that the “perfect time” rarely exists, Christine took the leap in 2013—and has never looked back. She quickly realized she had found her calling, combining her knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm to support her clients. In 2018, she further advanced her expertise by earning her designation as a Real Estate Broker, allowing her to bring an even higher level of professionalism and insight to those she serves.
Christine is committed to creating a positive and comfortable experience for every client. She takes pride in building genuine connections, helping clients feel at ease from the very first meeting. Cher Copeman has proudly called Brighton home for over 20 years, dedicating her entire career to serving local families and actively volunteering within the community.
